Return Policy (for Brooks & Hux Co.)
Due to the nature of our products being intimate, comfort-based, or custom, all sales are final. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cydniejocelyncollective@gmail.com and we will make it right.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for items based on size or personal preference. Thank you for honoring the small-batch, intentional nature of what we create.
Retreat Payment & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space at any retreat. Full payment is typically due 30 days prior to the start of the retreat unless otherwise stated. Payment plans may be available and are subject to agreement terms.
Cancellations:
If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat start date, any payments beyond your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel within 30–60 days of the retreat, a 50% refund (excluding deposit) may be available.
No refunds are issued within 30 days of the retreat due to preparation and reserved accommodations.
If the retreat must be canceled by the host (e.g., due to illness, natural disaster, low enrollment), all payments including your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to a future retreat of your choice.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment, especially for international retreats.
