Who it is for

Nobody thinks to ask, because nothing looks wrong.

You built something that works. From the outside nothing looks wrong, and that is most of the problem. You are the one holding all of it, and you have been holding it long enough that you cannot tell anymore whether the weight is unusual or whether you are just tired.

You are not lacking anything. You are under something. The letters are written from that assumption.

There is a decision in your business you have made four times. You made it in January, then again in March when someone questioned it, then in June when the numbers dipped, and then last week for no reason you can name.

It is not that the decision was wrong. It is that nothing was ever built to hold it, so it comes back to you every time the ground shifts. You are not indecisive. You are the only structure it has.
